Kishor Parikh

CA. Kishor M. Parikh is a distinguished Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a partner of M/s M. M. Parikh & Co. He has dedicated over three decades of his life to the field of Audit & Assurance practice. He is a specialist in the implementation and training of Ind AS/IFRS and BRSR reporting.

Professional Background & Accomplishments

He has done a Certification course on IFRS from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has also successfully completed the Diploma in International Financial Reporting examination conducted by the ACCA (UK).
With his extensive teaching experience of over 35 years in the accounting profession, he has lectured on Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS to CA Final students.
He has also been a speaker at various Study Circles and Seminars conducted by ICAI, WIRC, and BCAS on Indian GAAP and IFRS since 2009. He has also delivered lectures on ESG and BRSR reporting.
He has vast experience in the first-time adoption of IFRS for listed companies, ensuring adoption, convergence, implementation, and compliance with IFRS.
He has conducted training for professionals and corporates in the area of IFRS and has advised listed companies on best practice standards and quality assurance in audit.
He has delivered speeches on the impact of IFRS on the banking industry to the top-level management of State Bank of India and he has conducted IFRS training for officers of State Bank of India at their training centers all over India and at other corporates.
He has presented papers before the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) and before the officers of public enterprises covered under the Ministry of Industries of India.
He was a member of the IND AS implementation transition group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Expert Advisory Committee of ICAI and he is also appointed as special invitee of Sustainability Reporting Standards Board of ICAI.
